Ideas are everywhere, execution is everything

I help founder-led companies fix the operating systems that are capping their growth.

And I use AI to redesign the workflows — not just recommend them. Most engagements start with a two-week operating assessment that gives you a clear 90-day roadmap.

About Aaron

Two decades building, running, and exiting companies.

Aaron Duggal is a founder and operator with two decades of hands-on experience building, running, and exiting companies. He co-founded Indigo Slate in 2006, a technical digital marketing and customer experience agency that became a trusted partner to Fortune 500 technology companies — most notably Microsoft, where Aaron and his team worked across virtually every product team, helping them deliver solutions and value to their customers.

Over sixteen years, first as COO and then as CEO, Aaron grew Indigo Slate to roughly $20 million in revenue and 120 employees before the company was acquired by Zensar Technologies, an RPG Group company, in July 2018 for approximately $18 million plus a three-year performance-based earn-out, later extended an additional year. Aaron stayed on through the entire four-year earn-out period, personally accountable for hitting performance targets under new ownership. It's the same operating discipline he now brings to founder-led companies.

Since 2007, Aaron has also been Co-Founder and COO of InfinitiOne Investment Banking, and in 2024 he and his wife Monica co-founded M&A Estates Group. Before Indigo Slate, Aaron co-founded his first company, Consillium Enterprise Services, Inc. (2002–2004).

Case Study

Indigo Slate — a founder-led exit to Zensar Technologies.

Aaron co-founded Indigo Slate in 2006 as a technical digital marketing agency focused on helping enterprise technology companies — most notably Microsoft, where he and his team worked across virtually every product team to help them deliver solutions and value to their customers.

Over sixteen years, first as COO then CEO, he grew the company to roughly $20M in revenue and 120 employees, then led it through a 2018 acquisition by Zensar Technologies (an RPG Group company) and a full four-year earn-out under new ownership.
